Le Tavole Vino Rosso IGT Biologico

"LE TAVOLE" originated as a result of the project for the improvement of wine-growing by the 'Compagnia Evaristiana' (Evaristian Community). The wine was studied and developed in consensus between the various currents of our reality. The potential and the power of the vineyards in the South of the island are combined with the elegance and finesse of the vineyards of Sinis. The result is a complex and structured wine specially for gourmets who are sensitive to the different sensory nuances. The wine is characterized by elegance and sobriety. The label reflects ‘Le Tavole della Legge’ (The Ten Commandments). It is no coincidence that the wine was made and presented in conjunction with the presentation of 'Le Tavole delle Costituzioni' (precepts for the Evaristians) to the 'Compagnia del Sacro Cuore' (Evaristian Community of the Sacred Heart) in December 2015.
